Since there's a dandruff shampoo called Head and Shoulders, I'm thinking of going to GSK and pitching the idea of a pubic shampoo called "knees and Toes".

Origin of "bifingular"...maybe
I should explain myself here. Earlier today while out driving I witnessed a brief altercation between an elderly male driver and a van driver (It wasn't me, I was in my car). The spat ended with the old man sticking two fingers up and driving away. A few minutes later, after laughing out loud for far longer than is mentally safe, I couldn't help wondering why this geriatric bifingular gesture had been so funny. I then had to wonder if bifingular was a real word. If not I'd like credit for its creation.
Bifingular - Pertaining to the posession or use of two fingers.
eg. "After some inapropriate comments the customs official donned the rubber glove and began the bifingular examination"
"Steve was a careless gardener and was bifingular down the left hand side"
Maybe, maybe not....
